We are open to the public:
Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
ARE THE ONLINE ITEMS VISIBLE IN THE SHOP?
Yes, you can see in our two stores all the items visible on the website (and much more!)

WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS DO YOU SHIP?
We usually ship orders within 72 hours. However, an additional delay may occur depending on the time of the year.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Prior to the order: yes, the delivery address can be changed in your personal information directly in your account.
After the order has been issued: depending on the status of your order, if it hasn’t been shipped yet, you can change the delivery address by contacting us at the following email address: contact@lesmerveillesdebabellou.com.
Once this stage, and for logistical reasons, the address cannot be changed.In case of a PayPal payment, we remind you that the delivery address must be identical to your PayPal address.
WHICH SHIPPER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
We ship internationally with DHL EXPRESS. For a national order, we ship with Colissimo or DHL, depending on the value of the order or its weight or size.
WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free shipping on all orders placed online.
WHO PAYS FOR IMPORT DUTIES?
Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend you enquire beforehand to the local authorities in order to evaluate the potential amount of these duties.
MAY I RETURN AN ORDER?
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days after you have received your order to return an item. Thank you for letting us know your request of return within 14 days at our email address contact@lesmerveillesdebabellou.com.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING COSTS IN CASE OF A WITHDRAWAL?
In case of a withdrawal, all shipping costs are at your own expense. The return conditions (freight, insurance) must be at least identical to the initial shipping.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
All articles must be returned in their original packaging or an identical packaging, and in perfect condition to the following address:

WHEN AM I REIMBURSED IN CASE OF A RETURN?
We issue a refund ad quickly as possible, after the items have been returned.The customer has an obligation to take delivery of the goods, and in case this obligation is not fulfilled, it cannot be assimilated to a withdrawal request.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the package and the compliance of the items delivered.Any complaint on the visible defects and the potentially non-conforming goods must be reported by the client, within two business days after reception of the goods, by email to : contact@lesmerveillesdebabellou.com.
It is imperative to do so prior to returning the item, failing which the delivered items shall be deemed in compliance and accepted by the buyer.
MY PARCEL IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In view of the value of some items, we automatically add an insurance to the postal package. This insurance is offered by the shipper.
In case of a loss, the shipper will reimburse us upon presentation of the invoice, thus we can reimburse you.
