Delivery costs are calculated by www.lesmerveillesdebabellou.com according to destination (zone), before you finalize your purchase.
They include packaging, handling, shipping and insurance. Shipping fees (packaging included) are calculated at a flat rate:
15€ for France and Europe
35€ for the rest of the World.
Delivery of your goods is carried out by La poste (French postal services) by means of Colissimo Suivi (registered post, signature required).

Is my purchase covered by an insurance?
We automatically insure every shipment.
All our packages are secured by La Poste, and insurance cost is added to postal costs. In case of loss, La Poste will reiburse us when presented with the insurance receipt, then we will reimburse you.
What is the delivery zone?
Les Merveilles de Babellou ships all over the world.
All products purchased from Les Merveilles de Babellou are delivered to the Client’s shipping address in a minimum of 5 days for Metropolitan France and a minimum of 10 days for all other destinations once payment is received.
Delivery is carried out by La Poste by mean of Colissimo(registered, signature required) or Chronopost/UPS.
Delivery timeframe, information provided by French Post Office, number of business days after drop-off:
Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco: 48 hours
Outre-Mer: 5 to 7 days
Europe: 3 to 5 days
Other countries: 5 to 10 days.
These delivery deadlines are only indicative and will not lead to any claim for damages, deduction or cancellation by the client.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is validated, we will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Then you can click the link www.laposte.fr/colissimoand enter the parcel number we gave you in our email. You can then check the status of your order and obtain tracking information from the take-over by La Poste to the delivery at your door.
This tracking information is available for the following countries:
EU (with the exception of Estonia)
Croatia, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland
South Africa, Israël, Morocco, Tunisia
Brazil, Canada, United States
Australia, China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Russia, Singapore
For all other destinations, tracking doesn’t work beyond French borders.
What if I don’t receive my parcel?
With Colissimo, your order is delivered Monday through Saturday between 9 and 12 AM, personally and against signature.
In case the parcel cannot be delivered personally, the postman leaves a non-delivery notice stating the date and the address where you can retrieve it upon presentation of an I.D.
The parcel can be picked up within 15 days after the non-delivery notice. After that time, the parcel will be automatically sent back to Les Merveilles de Babellou.
Les Merveilles de Babellou is not accountable for a returned parcel. The new shipping costs will be at the sole expense of the buyer.
Can I change the delivery address?
Before the order is finalized: yes, you can change your delivery address by going to your account page and changing your personal information.
After you order is finalized: if your purchase hasn’t yet been shipped by Les Merveilles de Babellou, you can change your delivery address by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
After this step, you cannot change your delivery address.
Who pays for duties?
All duties and tax costs are at the Client’s expense. Les Merveilles de Babellou are not able to specify the amount of tax and duties in your country.
